I just wanted to do a quick, or not so quick, post of some Christmas photos. It was a great Christmas and although we talked a lot about presents and Santa, we also discussed the birth of Christ a lot. Treyson didn't listen so well, but Addison seems to mostly understand what Christmas is really about. Anyway, I didn't get Christmas cards out as usual. Things get so hectic and I forget until its too late. I hope everyone had a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Everyone got a present from Santa and we all had to sit on his lap. I felt pretty darn silly, but I decided to be a good sport about it. If you can't laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at? It was a nice party and the kids had a blast.

It was hard to keep the kids out of the living room until everyone was up and ready. Treyson was in a daze for the first bit. He walked over to the presents and just stared with a half/surprised smile on his face. It didn't take him too long to get into it though. Addison on the other hand looked for a second and then started digging into things. I tried not to spoil them this year, but that didn't work so well. Especially with all their gifts from other family members.

We were supposed to be on our way to St. George, but with all the snow storms we didn't feel good about going, so we decided to stay home. We were bummed, but we decided when God gives you snow, play in it:) The kids loved riding around in the sled so we were out there for a pretty long time.

We decided the weather had cleared up enough and felt ok about the roads, so off we went to Sunny St. George, Utah. The weather there was WONDERFUL! It was a little chilly, but not really cold. We always love going home. The kids were so excited to see all of Spencer's family (as were we) and of course, they got spoiled, once again. If you haven't noticed by now, Treyson got a lot of Winnie the Pooh stuff. He is so obsessed with him and all his hundred acre wood friends, so that's what everyone got him.

The 1st one, Spencer got for me. He put it in a box with a bunch of cans to through me off. I was confused at first cause I wasn't sure if the keys were a representation of me getting a house for Christmas of if I had been punked and they were really for the house. I was slightly disappointed to realize they were a representation of getting the house, but I loved it none the less. I thought it was a very creative gift.
The 2nd one, my parents got for me. I gave them a few ideas of things I wanted, but the one I thought I for sure wouldn't get was a large picture of Christ to go in my new house. Well, surprise, I got one! I love it, too.
