Thanksgiving Weekend

For Thanksgiving this year we went down to Sunny St. George. It was so nice there. The weather was perfect (excluding Thanksgiving day, it was quite rainy). It was really good to be able to see most of Spencer's family and just enjoy spending time together. I didn't get many pics on this trip, but I wanted to tell a little bit about it. Thanksgiving day was great. We had so many people around that we love and so much to be greatful for. The food was pretty good too, of course. After visiting most of the day my sister-in-law, Subrina and our cousin Jessica talked me into going shopping. I told them I would go to a few places that night with them, but as much as they were begging I said, NO WAY to the black friday stuff. Well, once it was starting to get late they just kept begging and begging me to go, so of course I finally gave in. We shopped all night until 7 AM. I can't believe all the crazy people that do this. It was a mad house everywhere we went. Most of these people aren't nice either. They know what they want and they'll do anything to get it. What a great Chistmas attitude huh? I think everyone forgot completely what Christmas was about. Even though all this craziness was going on it was still a lot of fun. Mostly just because of the people I was with. We had a lot of good laughs and that part made the night worth it. The deals were okay, but it wasn't about that for me. I have a lot of crazy stories about that day, but I've went on enough about that. The rest of the weekend we pretty much just hung out with family enjoying one anothers company. We kept trying to get the kids over to the mall to see Santa while we were there and after two nights of things preventing that from happening we finally made it on Sunday before we had to head home. Kensi and Addison were so excited to finally see Santa and I think Treyson was mostly weirded out, but he at least sat there without crying and managed to tell Santa he wanted Pooh Bear for Christmas. Anyway, that was basically our Thanksgiving.
